  "text": "The Service Provider is called upon to install, operate, and maintain the CCN/CSI operational infrastructure so as to guarantee the agreed availability levels.\nThe CCN/CSI operational infrastructure is composed of the EuroDomain relay devices (CCN Gateways), security devices, customer premises router and telecommunications.\nThis service covers:\nAvailability Management;\nContingency Management;\nApplication Configuration Data management;\nSecurity Management.\nAnd also includes:\nthe coordination of the moving of CCN/CSI equipment;\nthe coordination of deployment of new sites;\nthe capacity planning of the CCN infrastructure;\nfollow-up of the above-requested activity during the monthly progress meeting. This meeting is QA'ed and consists of all contracting parties contributing to the CCN/CSI service;\nfacilitation of ‘freeze’ requests. These can be requested only by authorized users to a DG TAXUD dedicated official;\ndesign, planning, deployment, operations, technical support & retirement of HW, OS and COTS;\nNetwork Services;\nHW& OS & COTS Services;\nBackup & Restore;\nJob Management Service;\nProduction & Maintenance of ICT Infrastructure Management Related Plans i.e. ICT Infrastructure Plan, Availability Plan, Capacity Plan, Continuity Plan;\nFeasibility Studies linked to Infrastructure.",
